Some words from Emma...

My Name is Emma, I’m a 29 year old, Im a single mammy to my two beautiful babies Xavier, age 4 and Arabella, age 3. Being a mammy is the most rewarding and enjoyable aspects of my life. Becoming a mother made me the person I am today. I am so blessed to have them in my life, they make me smile every single day. Although being single Mother can be challenging it is also just as rewarding and satisfying.

In July 2015 myself and children went through a traumatic experience in our lives and it was at this time when I became a single Mother. I refused to be stay unhappy. I was determined to turn my life around and live the life that I deserved with my children. I refuse to allow any negative aspect of my life take over me and drag me down, I’m determined to make a good life for myself and my children. life is for living and I am choosing to live a happy and peaceful life. Over the last couple of years I have found a lot of strength from my followers, the positivity and support they give me is amazing, it touches my heart and I am forever grateful to al my supporters and followers.

I believe in turning every negative into a positive, We are stronger than we think.

A huge part of my journey and recovery has been fitness, I found inner strength from working out. I Invested a lot of time into myself, my mental health and I realised how good I felt when working out so I decided to go back to college at the age of 28 and I onto receive my globally recognised qualification as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Going to college as a single Mam and at the age of 28 was really challenging but so worth it.

Fitness, mindfulness and living a healthy lifestyle has been my recovery, it was my escape and I want to share that with the world. I want to show you that there is life after abuse, there is a way out, there is more options. It does not have to define you.

I now work with women all around the world through my online programs, I have created an online community where women connect, interact and share their journey with each other through fitness, mindfulness and living a happier and more fulfilled life.

Giving people hope and inspiration is a true passion for me, seeing people succeed and push their barriers down, building them up from the inside throughout is something I genuinely love. I was that person before and now I feel stronger than ever and I know you can too with the right support, tools and network.
